A fertility clinic was managing thousands of stored embryo's in an Excel spreadsheet. People would need to be billed at different intervals. There was also tons of data to track regarding the embryo's. An employee used to have to manually go through their Excel sheet and spend hours getting work done. We designed a system that took their existing Excel data and brought it into a new database. This system handled printing invoices, patient letters, tracking embryo details, made a monthly report of who was coming due to be billed and much more!
